ABOUT THIS COFFEE
São Sebastião farm started with her grandfather. Then, by heritage, to her father who got married to her mom in 1975. The production of high-quality coffee started in the early 2000's and since 2012, Irys has turned the property focus into Specialty Coffee Production. They understood how important it was to be Specialty, have traceability, be taken care of through a certifier and with that they brought sustainability, looking after the environment, of the social and also of the managerial part.
This coffee is a handmade masterpiece from Irys's family hard work.
